As Stephen Sleziak formally announces his retirement, Gina Minnette and Ryan Kremer are named Vice Presidents
Following a highly successful career of over 33 years making positive impacts on clients, employee-owners, and in our communities, Senior Vice President Stephen Sleziak has announced his retirement officially effective today. Sleziak will remain on the company’s Board of Directors.
Stephen began his career at Keller Schroeder in 1988 and led the creation of the company’s Infrastructure Solutions Group. With this addition, Keller Schroeder became a technology value-added reseller to meet growing client demands outside of its software and applications model. Since its inception, the Infrastructure Solutions Group has become Keller Schroeder’s most profitable business unit.
With Sleziak’s departure comes the appointment of two new Vice Presidents to share the responsibilities of leading the Infrastructure Solutions Group. Gina Minnette has been named Vice President of Sales, and Ryan Kremer has been named Vice President of Infrastructure Services.
“I am excited to turn over the reins to Gina and Ryan. Gina has demonstrated success in her previous roles and leads an experienced, high capacity, and client-focused team of sales and sales support professionals. Ryan brings with him over 20 years of Information Technology leadership, while personally maintaining a deep technical knowledge of Security, Networking, and the Data Center. In addition, both Ryan and Gina perfectly fit the Keller Schroeder culture by actively desiring to make positive, personal impacts.”

Gina Minnette has been an employee-owner with Keller Schroeder since 2007. Her previous roles at Keller Schroeder have included Select Account Manager, and most recently, Director of Sales. On this transition, Minette says, “Stephen has been the true definition of leader, a servant to his team and always lifting others up. I am incredibly grateful for the time I had under his leadership and guidance and will carry those lessons well into the future. I am excited to serve our employee owners and our clients in this new role as well as contributing to the success of Keller Schroeder’s strategic goals moving forward.”
Ryan Kremer joined the company earlier this year after spending over 16 years at Old National Bank most recently as the Chief Information Security Officer, SVP. On his new role, Kremer says, “I’ve had tremendous respect for Keller Schroeder throughout my time as a client. Now getting to work alongside the team and seeing the talent and culture firsthand just continues to reinforce that respect. Stephen has created an incredible infrastructure team over the years and I’m excited to continue building on that success.”
Congratulations Stephen, Gina, and Ryan!
