We are seeking an IT Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing and managing IT projects related to IT infrastructure projects, such as system implementations, infrastructure upgrades, cloud deployments/migrations, and more. Keller Schroeder is unable to provide sponsorship at this time.

Responsibilities Include:

• Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical resources, operations, purchasing, sales and external vendors, to define project goals and deliverables.
• Track equipment shipping status and coordinate with stakeholders for shipment delivery and acceptance.
• Work with internal and external stakeholder to schedule on-site resources.
• Develop detailed project plans, dashboards, schedules, and budgets while monitoring progress and mitigating risks.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates and status reports.
• Manage and document project scope changes, resolving issues that may arise during project execution.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards for project management.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve high performance and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Implement and maintain tools and frameworks for project tracking, communication, and reporting.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Remain solution-oriented for our clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or ability to receive PMP certification within one year of hire.
• 5+ years of proven experience managing IT infrastructure projects, including system implementations, or infrastructure upgrades, cloud deployments/migrations.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Proficient in project management tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft tools, including Team, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Works with a sense of urgency and above average responsiveness in communications.
• Ability to prioritize work independently in a fast-paced environment 

Preferred:

• Experience with cloud technologies, cybersecurity, or cloud calling/voice projects.
